The Account you Must to Follow in 2023

It’s almost impossible you’ve missed out on this, Instagram is the new hype of 2023. Everyone is talking about those so-called “influencers” nowadays, they’re the ones who are changing the world. Based on what they wear, use, do and share on their social media they influence teens and other Instagram users, which is also a reason for the significant increase in influencer like content from smaller accounts.

On Instagram, we’ve got the famous huge influencers with 1 million followers, but we also got smaller influencers which remain undiscovered. That’s why we’re writing this blog post, today we want to introduce you to one of our recently discovered accounts: @mirsharmarquezp, a so-called “new kid on the block”, if we’re talking about amazing undiscovered influencers you should know about then there’s no way you can miss out on this one, we’re so happy we managed to discover this one!

@mirsharmarquezp posts high-quality variating content every day,  @mirsharmarquezp interacts with followers by asking their opinion on daily stuff making you as a follower feel more connected to the account. So far @mirsharmarquezp  managed to grow the following of the account to over 29K already, an impressive amount in such a short timespan!

Today, if you want to get in touch with this so-called “influencers” and have them promote your brand, most people will think of accounts with 14.500 followers or more. They will go to the biggest names in the industry, and understandably so. The more powerful an influencer is, the more valuable their promotion will have. But as competition for the big influencers begins to grow, we’ll likely see more diversity among influencer targets and see smaller influencers popup. In other words, we’ll see influencers of all levels, including the high-follower elite and low-follower newcomers like @mirsharmarquezp, getting attention from brands.

The other significant shift that we’re going to see is a more active approach to our otherwise passive social profiles. What I mean by this is that, right now, our social accounts, Twitter profiles, Instagram and Facebook accounts are all passive representations of our actual personality, aspirations, thoughts, feelings. But the platform itself does not engage with the user on the other side. It doesn’t talk back when someone interacts with it. That’s something @mirsharmarquezp  is doing well, really engaging with the followers on the account.

How is a day for the young entrepreneur?
As he himself tells, his day to day is quite busy. He gets up at 5:00 a.m. m. and the first thing he does is do cardio, exercise and think about the things that need to be done in order to be ready. "Then I get ready, usually with comfortable clothes if I'm going to be in the office and if I have to go out, with more formal clothes," says Mirsha Marquez and at the same time she says that at around 8:00 a.m. At m., already in his office, he takes his diary to review everything pending from the day before, along with his calendar to begin structuring the objectives and tasks of the day. “For about 11:00 a.m. m. Those tasks are done, then I go out to eat something and at about 1:00 p.m. m. I am starting my afternoon, structuring the tasks by priority and by business focus. I meet with my team every Monday and Friday of each week, I contact them depending on each task”, adds the Colombian who will open a new office in Brazil.

Message for young dreamers?
Mirsha Marquez ended the conversation with Thehoursblog making a call to those young people who dream of starting a great business, inviting them to take risks and not stop trying until they are on their way with the successful business that takes them off: “I believe that most people have very good ideas, but they are afraid of materializing them, they are afraid of failing, of being embarrassed, of suddenly losing the good things in life such as fun; but I think it's about how much you want it, how your life purpose and your life goals are linked to the company and venture you want to do. What moves someone the most is when that business they have is the engine of their life,” said Mirsha. By 2025, the goal of the Colombian is to close with more than a million and a half dollars in billing, 300 new clients and a growth of 800% compared to 2023.
